Pricing:
All printed price lists are subject to change without notification. On
custom merchandise we reserve the right to revise pricing after viewing
art and/or supplied samples. Please note: On decorated items additional
costs may incur for artwork that has bleeds, critical registration, fine
detail, halftones, graduation, or heavy coverage.

Stock
Merchandise
24 hours from receipt of
order. Should insufficient in-stock quantities occur to fill an
order shipment will be made in 5-7 workdays

Custom
Merchandise (Unprinted)
Normally 10- 15 workdays – Unless product complexity necessitates
additional production time.

Custom
Merchandise (Printed)
Lead times vary based on both the complexity of the graphics,
product construction, and quantity – Normally 15-20 Work Days.
Change
Orders: Changes in
specifications, quantities, or other terms of a purchase order, must be
confirmed in writing and may be treated as separate orders. Changes
involving repacking, re-labeling, etc. will incur additional handling
charges. Change orders may affect delivery date.
Cancellations:
All orders are
considered firm. If a cancellation is necessary on stock merchandise,
charges will occur if the order has been pulled from stock and processed
for shipping. On custom orders all work done to date will be billed
accordingly.
Over-runs
and Under-runs: We
reserve the right to over-ship or under-ship on all custom orders
according to the following schedule:

Returns:
Stock merchandise, up to
1,000 pieces of a single item, may be returned for credit. The merchandise
must be returned freight prepaid and within 30 days of the original
shipment. A charge of 20% of the net cost of the order being returned
will be charged for re-stocking. A written RMA number
must be obtained from the factory prior to the physical return of the
merchandise. This RMA number must appear on all cartons
returned.
Shipping
Methods:
When no shipping method is indicated on an order we will
select the best prepaid shipping method based on the number of cartons,
weight and destination.
Claims:
Freight claims must be placed by the recipient. Merchandise
is shipped at the buyer’s risk with title passing to recipient at the
FOB point. We are unable to guarantee on-time delivery or the condition
of goods delivered once merchandise is turned over to a recognized
carrier. All claims for damaged freight must be made by the recipient
against the carrier within 15 days.
For UPS shipments,
claims must be made by us on your behalf within 10 days. Therefore, we
must receive notice of your claim in writing within 7 days. It is
essential that all original shipping cartons, packaging materials and
damaged product be retained by the recipient until the claim is settled.
C.O.D
Shipment: Minimal
additional charges are applied for processing.
Drop
Shipment: Minimal additional charges are applied for
processing.
Third
party Freight Billing: Minimal additional charges are applied
for processing.
Individual
Mailings: An additional charge per item plus mailer and
postage will apply. Mailing lists must be provided on a fixed field
disk.
