Albums: Interlocking (dust free format) or non-interlocking are constructed using thermoformed rigid PVC trays, chipboard with a flexible vinyl exterior RF Heat Sealed (welded) to form a book like appearance. All forms of electronic media, either by themselves or with print material, may be stored in the album format. Decoration by silk screening, foil stamping, appliqué, offset & digital printing are available.

Pages: Add a suedene vinyl backer, & seal 3 or more holes to many of our electronic media storage trays and we create a ring binder storage sheet, which fits into all standard binders. Some larger page formats have a chipboard stiffener for stability. Pages are available in white or black gloss finish.  

Insta-Mounts: By merely RF heat-sealing a clear pressure sensitive vinyl to the back of any thermoformed electronic media storage product we create an easy, clean and cost effective packaging solution. No messy gluing, expensive jigs, or spoilage -simply peel & press. Insta-mounts are available in white or black gloss finish. Clear Insta-Mounts also available as a special order.  

Trays: Thermoformed trays in rigid PVC store DVD’s, CD’s, video & audiocassettes. These trays are heat sealable and available in white or black gloss from stock.. Standard 3/8” flanges are provided on all four sides. Custom flanges and clear PVC trays are available on special order.  

Custom Thermoformed Products  

Clamshells: Clear rigid PVC thermoformed clamshells are ideal as a pilfer-proof, highly visible consumer package. Retail outlets, as well as quality conscious consumers are demanding the clean, sterile appearance of the clamshell package design. Whether it’s to be hung from a hook or nestled in a floor or counter display, we have the expertise to create the appropriate package solution. The closure method may be either with RF Heat Sealing – we insert the product & printed card, or self-locking snap closure.  

Blisters: Your product is encased in a clear PVC thermoformed blister, which is sealed to a backing card. The card usually has a key slot hole for displaying on a hook. Backing cards are made using 21 point Solid Bleached Sulphate (SBS) and printed 4-color process front and one color (black) on back. An aqueous coating is applied to the front to allow for the clear blister to be sealed to the card  

Displays: Most often manufactured from HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), displays may be stand-alone counter style or part of a corrugated store isle display. Can be designed and formed to fit any type of consumer product. Hot foil stamping or pad screen-printing decoration available.  

Trays: Custom designed thermoformed trays to hold medical, electronic or industrial components usually formed from HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) or Rigid PVC. Selection of material is determined by the final application of the tray. Most formed trays are inserted, glued or sealed into an outer package. The heavier gauge trays are usually stand-alone products holding components for easy access. Hot foil stamping or pad screen-printing decoration available.
